Delivery

  • Our delivery timeline is 5–7 business days, depending on your city and courier partner.

  • We offer nationwide delivery across 380+ cities in Pakistan.

  • Free delivery is available on orders of 3 or more products.

  • Orders with less than 3 items or split shipments will incur a Rs. 200 delivery charge per parcel.

  • All shipping charges are clearly displayed on the checkout page.

  • Our logistics partners do not operate on Sundays or National Holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed on the next working day.

  • We make two delivery attempts. Please ensure your delivery address is complete (House No, Street, Area, Nearest Landmark).

  • Please only accept sealed orders delivered in Satoor-branded packaging and refuse any packages that appear opened or tampered with.


Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Satoor purchase! However, if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return/exchange process simple and customer-friendly.

  • Satoor’s exchange policy allows you to return or exchange products at the same Satoor outlet from which your order was purchased/dispatched, within 30 days of delivery.

  • You must have the original sales invoice, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Items must not be worn, washed, damaged, altered, or have stains, odors, or missing tags/labels.

  • Exchange/return is not applicable on discounted items.

  • All complaints must be registered through our Customer Support section on the website, along with the item details and reason for return.


Refund Policy

  • You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund in the form of a voucher.

  • Cash refunds are not offered. Refunds are issued as Satoor vouchers only.

  • A refund voucher may be issued if:

    • The product does not match its original description/specifications.

    • Delivery was delayed due to force majeure conditions.

  • Refunds are not applicable on factory outlet purchases or discounted products.

  • Refunds cannot be issued from retail stores. All refund requests must go through Satoor’s customer support.
